YouTube introduces simplified advertising tool for creators

YouTube has introduced YouTube Promote, a simplified advertising feature located within the YouTube Studio Promotions tab. Designed for creators seeking growth without the complexity of the full Google Ads platform, the tool allows users to turn videos and Shorts into advertisements with a few clicks.

Users can select specific goals, including increasing subscribers, views, or website clicks. For creators working toward monetization, the Audience Growth promotion option generates Follow-on Views, which YouTube counts toward the YouTube Partner Program (YPP). The tool also allows for targeting based on location, language, and interests.
