YouTube TV to remove Court TV, Tastemade, and The Young Turks

YouTube TV will remove three channels—Court TV, Tastemade, and The Young Turks—from its service at the end of September. The removal includes Tastemade in 4K and Tastemade Español from various add-on plans.

Subscribers will lose access to live streams of these networks on September 30. Additionally, any recordings from these channels currently stored in a user’s cloud DVR will become unavailable starting October 1.

While no official reason was provided for the lineup change, reports suggest the platform is prioritizing networks focused on entertainment, sports, news, and movies over niche or lifestyle programming. The affected networks remain available on other platforms, including free ad-supported services like Pluto TV, Tubi, and The Roku Channel, or through other paid providers such as DIRECTV and Fubo.
