YouTuber Anurag Dobhal arrested in Dehradun for alleged assault

YouTuber and moto-vlogger Anurag Dobhal, known online as UK07 Rider, has been arrested by Dehradun Police along with three associates. The arrest follows allegations of a violent assault on Raj Singh Chauhan, the cousin of Dobhal’s wife, on October 5, 2026.

According to the police complaint, the incident occurred near a cafe on the Haridwar Bypass. Chauhan alleged that Dobhal arrived with bouncers and demanded his mobile phone password before the altercation escalated. Chauhan claimed that Dobhal attempted to choke him while his companions used iron weapons and wooden sticks to attack him. Chauhan has since appealed to Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami for strict legal action.

Anurag Dobhal has categorically denied all allegations, describing the claims as baseless and maintaining his innocence. The Dehradun Police have registered a case involving charges of attempt to murder, wrongful restraint, assault, and criminal intimidation.
