YouTuber Książulo criticises Hotel Gołębiewski in Pobierowo over climate issues and refunds

YouTuber Książulo visited the newly opened Hotel Gołębiewski in Pobierowo, paying roughly 5,000 zł per night for a three‑person apartment with breakfast and dinner. He ended his stay early because the air‑conditioning failed, with indoor temperatures rising to about 32 °C, and also complained about discoloured tap water and low‑quality meals. Książulo posted a video of the problems, which quickly spread online.

The hotel’s communication department said the facilities had been tested before opening, acknowledged the air‑conditioning fault, and that technical staff had acted to resolve it. The hotel announced it would refund the full cost of the stay, which Książulo confirmed he received. He also stated the hotel did not ask him to remove the video or invite him back for a repeat visit.
