YouTuber Książulo reviews controversial PIU restaurant in Wrocław

Polish YouTuber Książulo has released a review of the PIU restaurant located in Bielany Wrocławskie, following online controversy regarding the establishment's owner. The owner, Marek Szczerba, gained notoriety for responding to negative customer reviews with insults, including calling patrons “peasants” and “trash,” and making derogatory remarks about their personal lives and financial status.

To test the quality of the food, Książulo and his collaborators placed orders totaling over 1,100 PLN. The review was highly critical, with the YouTuber describing the food quality as being worthy of only one star and characterizing the experience as a “tragedy.” The investigation into the restaurant was prompted by the owner's aggressive online behavior toward dissatisfied customers.
