Yovngchimi, Dei V, and DJ Khaled release Latin trap track ‘HVRACAN’

Puerto Rican urban artists Yovngchimi and Dei V have released ‘HVRACAN’, a new Latin trap collaboration produced by DJ Khaled. Released on August 17, the track aims to expand Yovngchimi’s musical reach by blending Puerto Rican street rap with DJ Khaled’s global production influence.

The song is built on a hard-edged trap foundation, maintaining the uncompromising sound characteristic of Yovngchimi’s style rather than shifting toward mainstream pop. The collaboration is described as a meeting between established global hip-hop branding and the current generation of Puerto Rican trap artists, focusing on themes of abundance, growth, and ambition.
