Yozgat housing sales: Second-hand properties lead in August

According to August 2026 housing sales statistics from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), Yozgat saw a total of 698 residential property sales. Second-hand home sales outperformed new constructions, accounting for 390 transactions compared to 308 for first-hand homes.

While sales in Yozgat increased compared to July, which saw 544 sales, the August figures represent a decrease from the 844 sales recorded in August of the previous year. Additionally, 95 workplace sales were recorded in the province, with 54 being second-hand and 41 being first-hand properties.
