Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy's YSRCP Expands NRI Outreach, Visits Arrested Leader
YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) General Secretary and NRI Global Coordinator Aluru Samba Siva Reddy began a week‑long US tour in Dallas, Texas, where he launched the official YSRCP NRI Wing website (www.ysrcpnriwing.org) and urged Telugu NRIs to engage through the Jagan 2.0 Super App and the new platform. He called on technology professionals to join a "Jagan Task Force" saying, “Let’s write for Jagan. Let’s speak for Jagan. Let’s code for Jagan.”
On July 30, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy will travel to Srikakulam district to meet arrested YSRCP leader Dr. Seediri Appalaraju, who is in custody on alleged illegal charges. The visit is intended to signal party support against what the leader describes as political harassment. Reddy also reiterated criticism of the state government's response to a recent fishing‑boat tragedy that claimed six families.
These activities reflect YSRCP’s simultaneous domestic political mobilization and international outreach to its diaspora.
