Yu Hung-ming performs for 10,000 fans at Kaohsiung Arena

Singer Yu Hung-ming held his ‘Can’t Beat the Longing’ concert at the Kaohsiung Arena on August 22, attracting approximately 10,000 fans despite rainy weather. The performance featured nearly 40 classic songs, including new arrangements of hits like ‘Xia Sha’.

To enhance fan interaction, the production included a ‘Poet Circular Stage’ that allowed Yu to move through the audience. The event featured several special guests, including his daughter, Yu Yutong, and singer Luo Shifeng. A highlight of the evening was the reunion of the ‘Hakka Four Musketeers’ when singer Tseng Kuo-cheng joined Luo Shifeng, Chen Guohua, and Yu Hung-ming on stage.

Yu expressed deep gratitude to the fans for attending in the rain and admitted to feeling nervous about the large venue after a long hiatus from the Kaohsiung stage. He also utilized humor during the set, joking about the song title ‘Xia Sha’ and his aging process.
