Chubut and San Lorenzo prepare for upcoming regional cultural festivals

Various regional cultural festivals are being organized across Argentina and Mexico. In Chubut, Argentina, the government has called for artists to register for the Pre-Cosquín 2027 qualifying stage. This event, held in Puerto Pirámides on September 5 and 6, 2026, offers musicians, singers, and dancers the opportunity to reach the main stage of the National Folklore Festival in Cosquín.

In Mexico, the second edition of the San Lorenzo Festival is scheduled for August 28 to 30 at the San Lorenzo Canyon. Organized by the Conservación San Lorenzo Asociación Civil, the three-day event features free activities including yoga, environmental education, hiking, climbing, and outdoor cinema. While admission is free, voluntary donations are encouraged to support local conservation efforts.
