Yucatán towns host children's summer art courses and mini‑football tournament

Municipal departments of Culture, Education and Sports in Espita, Yucatán, organized a two‑week summer program called Kambal Paal 2026. The course offered workshops in painting, aquarelle, crafts and other cultural activities for dozens of children. At the closing ceremony, the youngsters displayed their artworks and handmade items, while families and local officials attended.

The event also featured a Mini Mundial football tournament with four teams named Norway of Nacuché, Argentina, Brazil and Portugal, composed of participants from the program. Norway of Nacuché won the final 1‑0 over Argentina. A similar summer art course was held at Art Tzi Studio 82, where children created paintings and sculptures, culminating in a public gallery that highlighted the role of early artistic exposure in building confidence, creativity and social skills.
