Yuen Long driver and passenger rescue stray kitten from road

In Yuen Long, Hong Kong, a driver and his female companion rescued a stray kitten from a busy road on the evening of October 6. Dashcam footage shows the driver spotting the young cat on the slow lane near the Yuen Long Highway roundabout and immediately stopping the vehicle.

Without any tools, the woman exited the car and manually scooped the kitten up to prevent it from wandering back into traffic. The woman noted that the situation was critical and she had to hold the kitten firmly to ensure it did not escape. Although the kitten cried loudly once inside the vehicle, the owners reported that it appeared to be physically unharmed.
