Yukino Ichikawa and Let's Go Yoshimasa hold joint concert in Tokyo

Enka singer Yukino Ichikawa and impersonator Let's Go Yoshimasa performed a joint concert titled ‘Yukino & Yoshimasa Let's Go Showa Kayou Concert’ on the 26th at Theater 1010 in Kitasenju, Tokyo.

The event was divided into two parts. The first segment featured Ichikawa performing her hits such as ‘Yukirekka’ and ‘Inochi Sakasete,’ alongside impersonations of figures like Kenichi Mikawa and Sachiko Kobayashi. Ichikawa also participated in an impersonation medley, mimicking artists including Miyako Otsuki, Shizuka Kudo, and the character Crayon Shin-chan.

The second segment, styled as a comedy skit set in a snack bar, featured Yoshimasa performing impersonations of Ken Shimura and Hiroshi Itsuki. Ichikawa, who has experience in comedy through appearances in Yoshimoto and Shochiku Shinkigeki, expressed her desire to pursue a career as a comedienne, stating, “I love making people laugh.”
