Yukon mining companies announce spin-out and major capital raise
Mining companies operating in Canada's Yukon Territory have announced significant corporate developments. White Gold Corp has received shareholder approval for a spin-out company involving critical mineral properties in the Dawson Range. This arrangement with W2 Critical Minerals involves the transfer of 15% of White Gold's land package. Upon completion, White Gold is expected to retain a 19.9% ownership interest in the new entity, which intends to list on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Separately, Snowline Gold has completed a C$172.6 million ($175 million) public offering of common shares. The funds are intended to advance the company's flagship Valley gold deposit through exploration, engineering, and permitting stages. Existing shareholder B2Gold participated in the offering to maintain its 9.9% stake. The Valley deposit currently holds a mineral resource estimate of 7.94 million ounces of gold in measured and indicated categories.
