Yundola festival celebrates Bulgarian folklore and traditions

The Yundola-2026 traditional festival took place in the Rhodope Mountains, celebrating Bulgarian folklore, music, and customs. The event featured a diverse program of folk singing and dancing from various regional groups, including performers from Velingrad, Dospat, Satovcha, and Samokov.

Notable participants included folk singer Ati Molova, a finalist on ‘The Voice of Bulgaria’. In addition to the musical performances, the festival included traditional wrestling matches held on the meadows of Yundola, supported by prominent Bulgarian wrestlers such as Alexander Tomov, Venko Tsintsarov, and Georgi Markov.
