Yuri Maruyama secures three consecutive IFBB Pro wins in the United States

IFBB Pro Yuri Maruyama has achieved a historic three-week consecutive victory streak during a professional bodybuilding tour in the United States. The 52-year-old athlete, representing Team Pro-Ops, secured first place in the Bikini Masters 40+ category at three consecutive competitions in September 2026.

Her winning streak included the Janet Layug’s Battle of the Bodies Pro in Florida, the Sasquatch Pro in Washington, and the Daytona Pro in Florida. Through these victories, Maruyama has officially qualified for the 2027 Masters Olympia, the premier global event for the masters division in bodybuilding and fitness.

Maruyama, who began serious training at age 43 and earned her IFBB Pro card at 49, completed a demanding tour involving significant travel across the United States. She stated that her goal is to demonstrate that individuals can continue to evolve and pursue new challenges regardless of age.
