Yuridia performs sold-out shows in Mexico City with special reunion

Mexican singer Yuridia performed two consecutive sold-out nights at the Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City as part of her ‘Las Cartas Sobre La Mesa Tour’, drawing over 54,000 attendees per show.

A highlight of the concert was a symbolic reunion with Lolita Cortés, a prominent figure from Yuridia’s time on the reality show ‘La Academia’ in 2005. During the show, a video featured Cortés as a mysterious tarot reader, referencing the past critiques and tensions between the two during the singer's early career. The segment concluded with a message of reconciliation, where Cortés acknowledged Yuridia’s successful evolution as an artist.
