Yushu Technology Sets IPO Pricing Date and Raises 4.2 billion yuan
Yushu Technology announced that its initial public offering on the Shanghai Sci‑Tech Innovation Board will have a preliminary pricing date of August 5, 2026 and an offline subscription date of August 10, 2026. The company plans to issue 40.44 million new A‑shares, representing about 10 % of the post‑issue share capital, for a total raise of roughly 4.2 billion yuan.
The IPO filing was registered on July 6, 2026 after the Shanghai Stock Exchange approved the application that was submitted on March 20. The review process lasted 73 days, with the final approval obtained on June 1. Yushu Technology’s shareholding structure includes a special‑voting‑rights arrangement that gives controlling shareholder Wang Xingxing about 68.78 % of voting power.
Proceeds will be allocated primarily to four core projects: intelligent robot model development, robot hardware development, new intelligent robot product development, and construction of a manufacturing base. The robot‑model R&D line alone is slated to receive about 20.22 billion yuan, nearly half of the total funds. Recent financial data show rapid revenue growth from 1.59 billion yuan in 2023 to an estimated 10.5‑11.3 billion yuan in the first half of 2026, with profitability improving despite higher operating expenses.
