Yusuke Yamamoto announces marriage on ABEMA variety show

Japanese actor Yusuke Yamamoto, 38, announced his marriage to a non-celebrity woman during the ABEMA variety program ‘Ai no Hyena season 6’. During the broadcast, Yamamoto shared a photo of the couple and their marriage registration, stating that this would be his first and last official media announcement regarding his marriage.

The announcement comes as Yamamoto continues his career resurgence following a period of professional difficulty. In 2017, his management contract was terminated due to violations of contract terms related to his personal conduct and lifestyle.

Following the announcement, Yamamoto addressed negative comments on social media. He noted that while he initially intended to keep the news private to avoid ‘trash comments’ and criticism from detractors, he decided to share the news after receiving numerous blessings from fans and supporters.
