Yutori opens full-service Japanese restaurant and bar in Palo Alto

Yutori, a Japanese food emporium in Palo Alto, has soft opened the final phase of its project: a full-service restaurant and bar. Located at 3375 El Camino Real, the new addition complements the establishment's existing cafe and konbini.

Chef-owner Jerome Ito, who also operates Go Fish Poke Bar and Taro San Japanese Noodle Bar, reported that high demand during the first five months influenced the rollout strategy. Due to central kitchen constraints, the team launched dinner service first, with brunch expected to begin in the spring.

The restaurant features a Scandinavian-Japanese aesthetic and can accommodate 72 guests indoors and 30 on an outdoor patio. The dinner menu includes 15 dishes, ranging from small plates to large plates such as Japanese A5 Shinshu Wagyu.
