YuVerse launches four new AI platforms for enterprise use

YuVerse, an YubiGroup company, has launched four new AI-driven products designed for enterprise use. The announcement was made at the company’s flagship Yunite event held in Mumbai.

The new product suite includes YuBuild for AI agent construction, YuVin Studio for AI video generation, YuVals for voice quality assurance, and YuCamp for customer engagement campaign management. According to CEO and Co-founder Mathangi Sri Ramachandran, these tools aim to allow teams to deploy sophisticated AI capabilities, such as conversational agents and automated call auditing, without requiring extensive custom engineering.

YuVerse reported significant performance metrics from its work with over 50 institutions in the lending and payments sectors. These include a 90% reduction in turnaround time for document decisioning at a leading NBFC and voice bots that outperformed human tele-callers in late-stage collections by 17% to 66%.
