Yuverta celebrates five years of educational operations in Aalsmeer

Yuverta is celebrating its fifth anniversary in Aalsmeer. The educational organization was formed in 2021 through the merger of Wellantcollege, Citaverde, and Helicon Opleidingen to create a unified entity for secondary education, vocational training (mbo), and lifelong learning.

Over the past five years, the organization has focused on educational innovation and regional partnerships. Key developments include the introduction of an Applied Biology program to meet labor market demands, the expansion of practical training spaces for horticulture, and the creation of the Yu-park, a green meeting space for local residents. Additionally, Yuverta has introduced specialized theme classes and the 'Yu-niek' program, which offers small-scale education to help students transition into secondary school.
