Yvette Watson named IFMA Top Global Influencer for 2026

Yvette Watson, a partner at PHI Factory, has been elected as a ‘Top Global Influencer’ for 2026 by the International Facility Management Association (IFMA). Watson is the only Dutch professional included in the list of ten individuals recognized by the organization.

The IFMA represents approximately 26,000 professionals across 140 countries. The annual influencer list highlights experts who drive innovation and shape the future of the facility management sector through leadership and knowledge sharing.

Watson was selected for her extensive work in sustainability and circularity within the industry. Since co-founding PHI Factory in 2016, she has focused on helping organizations translate sustainability ambitions into measurable actions by integrating circular procurement, innovative building solutions, and behavioral changes.
