YYachts and Benetti reveal new luxury yacht designs

YYachts has revealed the latest evolution of its Y7 performance cruiser. The 21.99-metre vessel features a redesigned hull developed by naval architects judel/vrolijk & co, utilizing lightweight carbon construction to enhance stability and performance. Key updates include a revised sail plan with a more aft-positioned mast, improved deck ergonomics, and a redesigned cockpit with twin helms and increased social space.

In a separate development, Benetti has unveiled ‘Clear Waves’, a 70-metre megayacht concept created in collaboration with LUCA DINI Design & Architecture and The Longevity Suite. The concept focuses on holistic wellbeing, integrating principles of longevity into the vessel's architecture. Rather than placing wellness facilities on lower decks, the design moves these areas to the upper deck, featuring a Glass Dome, natural greenery, and advanced treatment technologies to prioritize the mental and physical health of passengers.
