Zé Felipe's former mansion in Goiânia goes up for sale

The former residence of singer Zé Felipe and influencer Virginia Fonseca is currently for sale in the Aldeia do Vale luxury condominium in Goiânia. The 1,060 m² property, situated on a 3.2 m² plot, features seven bedrooms, two independent entrances, and two lakes located in a private area of the condominium.

Following his separation from Fonseca in May 2025, Zé Felipe has addressed his current relationship status. Having been single since his breakup with Ana Castela in December 2025, the singer stated in an interview that he is not in a hurry to enter a new romance. He emphasized that any future relationship must occur naturally, with respect and responsibility.
