Brazil defeats Venezuela in South American volleyball opener
The Brazilian women's national volleyball team opened the South American Championship with a 3-0 victory over Venezuela at the Maracanãzinho in Rio de Janeiro. The match, played on Tuesday, saw Brazil win with set scores of 25-14, 25-13, and 25-19.
