Zabra to transform former Denderland Shopping Center into business park

Real estate developer Zabra has officially launched the sale of Business Park Denderland in Geraardsbergen. The project will repurpose the site of the former Denderland Shopping Center into a business hub featuring 23 units designed for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and artisans.

The units range in size from approximately 190 to 270 square meters and offer customizable layouts, including the option to add mezzanines. Each unit will be equipped with a skylight and two to four private parking spaces. Three prominent corner units located along the main road will feature large glass windows, making them suitable for businesses requiring a combination of office, showroom, and warehouse space.

The site is positioned for accessibility via the N42 and N495 roads, providing a connection to the E40 in Wetteren. Zabra will host a launch weekend on October 23 and 24, allowing interested parties to view plans and 3D renderings at the on-site information office. While demolition of the former shopping center is pending, sales for the new business park have already commenced.
