Zabrze police incident under scrutiny following video release

A video has emerged regarding a collision involving an 18-year-old on an electric scooter and a police vehicle in Zabrze, Poland. While police maintain the incident was an accident occurring during a pursuit where the teenager attempted to flee, witness footage and accounts suggest a different sequence of events.

Witnesses captured on video expressed shock, with one woman stating, “Police just hit this man. Police drove onto the sidewalk and hit him.” The teenager sustained serious head injuries and required surgery. The boy's father has also alleged that the police vehicle struck his son and that officers failed to provide immediate and adequate assistance following the collision.
