Zac Brown named Godfather of Margaritaville at Sea’s Beachcomber

Margaritaville at Sea has named multi-platinum, three-time GRAMMY winner Zac Brown as the official Godfather of its new flagship vessel, the Beachcomber. The ship is the largest in the cruise line’s Caribbean fleet.

Brown is scheduled to officially christen the Beachcomber in Miami on January 9, 2027, followed by an onboard performance for guests before the ship’s inaugural sailing. The partnership includes the creation of ‘Same Boat’, a dedicated live music venue designed by Brown that will feature a rotating lineup of performers.

The collaboration also extends to a special three-ship celebration in Nassau on January 28, 2027, where Brown will headline a concert as the Beachcomber, Islander, and Paradise join together. This partnership builds on Brown’s existing ties to the brand and his musical legacy with the late Jimmy Buffett.
