Zac Lomax named in Australia A squad for USA match

Zac Lomax has earned his first selection for the Australia A rugby union team as they prepare to face the United States in New Jersey. The former NRL star, currently playing for the Western Force, will debut in the midfield alongside Kadin Pritchard.

Australia A head coach Stephen Larkham has implemented significant rotation in the squad following a 61-12 victory in Nashville. The lineup for the upcoming match includes Kalani Thomas and Harry McLaughlin-Phillips in the starting XV, while Lachie Anderson, Corey Toole, and Mac Grealy will occupy the outside back positions.

Lomax’s selection serves as a potential audition for a spot in the Wallabies squad for the 2027 World Cup. Additionally, players Kalani Thomas and James Ramm have been named to join the senior touring group for upcoming Tests against England, Scotland, and Wales.
