The committee includes heads of internal control bodies from various municipalities and representatives from the state's guaranteeing authorities. Its primary objectives are to strengthen accountability, oversee the implementation of effective transparency mechanisms, and protect the human right to access public information and personal data.
During the session, Miguel Ángel Ovalle, head of Transparency for the People of Zacatecas, presented agreements approved by the National Transparency Council. These include guidelines intended to ensure compliance with legal obligations among obligated subjects.
