Zacatecas rolls out 'Hecho en Zacatecas' label and youth networking forum

Governor David Monreal Ávila, through Secretary of Economy Jorge Miranda Castro, introduced the "Hecho en Zacatecas" certification to promote products that are fully manufactured in the state, meet quality and value‑added criteria, and can be displayed at fairs and events where the Zacatecas government participates.

The administration also announced a Gran Networking and a Foro para el Progreso de la Juventud y el Deporte, scheduled for July 31‑August 1 in partnership with Tecmilenio University and companies such as Grupo Mercurio. The events aim to train, mentor and connect young entrepreneurs and athletes with the private sector and academia, supporting the Agenda del Progreso 2026 and broader economic development in Zacatecas.
