Zach Bryan purchases $18.25M Tennessee estate

Country singer Zach Bryan has purchased a sprawling 40-acre estate near Franklin, Tennessee, for $18.25 million. According to property records and reports from TMZ, the Leiper’s Fork property was acquired in February.

The estate features a 5,035-square-foot main residence with four bedrooms and five bathrooms, alongside amenities including a saltwater infinity pool, two stocked ponds, formal gardens, and walking trails. A significant feature of the property is a 5,300-square-foot entertainment barn that includes a grand bar, gym, catering kitchen, and a professional recording studio.

The real estate news follows Bryan’s recent record-breaking performance at Gillette Stadium, where he drew 73,538 fans. His appearance at the venue also drew attention due to him wearing a “Free Palestine” shirt, a gesture that has placed him in the center of a controversy involving venue owner Robert Kraft.
