Set to release on September 17, the film stars Austin Abrams as Bryan, a medical courier trapped in a sudden survival struggle. Unlike previous Hollywood adaptations that focused on stylized action, Cregger’s version aims for a more visceral experience. The director has described the project as his most violent work to date, intending to lean into the grotesque and prioritize themes of pure panic and survival.
