Country singer‑songwriter Zach Top debuted his new track “Good Girls & Cowgirls” at the Under the Big Sky Festival in Whitefish, Montana. He announced that the song will be released officially on August 21 as part of a two‑song package with the additional track “Other Side of Hurtin’.” The release will be issued on a 7‑inch vinyl by Leo33, with a limited edition version expected in September.

In a backstage interview at the festival, Top reflected on his rapid rise, his bluegrass roots, and a perception that modern country music has become overly polished, saying that “some of the soul got left behind.” He said the new songs capture a fun, “goofy” spirit and will appear on his upcoming album slated for spring.
