Zadar announces subsidies for small businesses and crafts

The City of Zadar has announced a support program for traditional, artistic, and deficit crafts, providing up to 5,000 euros in non-refundable aid to eligible entrepreneurs. The program aims to assist various trades, including photographers, nannies, florists, confectioners, tire repair technicians, and pet groomers.

Financial assistance is divided into two main measures. The first provides up to 3,000 euros for the purchase of new machinery, tools, computer equipment, and the adaptation of business premises. This includes support for boat owners (barkajoli) to purchase or renovate vessels. The second measure offers up to 2,000 euros to cover regular operational costs such as electricity, water, gas, internet, waste disposal, and rent.
