Zadar house with pool to be sold via electronic auction

A house with a swimming pool located in the Diklo neighborhood of Zadar is being sold through an electronic auction conducted by the Zadar Municipal Court and FINA. The property, which includes a 151-square-meter house, a 20-square-meter pool, and a yard, has been valued at 602,666.66 euros.

For the first electronic public auction, the starting price is set at 482,133.32 euros. If no valid bids are received during the first round, a second auction may follow with a minimum price of 361,599.99 euros. The bidding process is scheduled to begin on November 4, 2026, and conclude on November 19, 2026. Interested participants must pay a security deposit of 60,266.66 euros by October 26, 2026.
