Zadar to host traditional Varoška fešta festival on September 19
The traditional Varoška fešta, an event marking the end of the summer and the main tourist season in Zadar, is scheduled for Saturday, September 19.
Organized by the Zadar Tourist Board in collaboration with local restaurateurs, the festival will take place in the streets of the Varoš district. The program includes live music starting at 20:00 in Stomorica, Varoška, and Kovačka streets, featuring performers such as Ante i Krešo, Duo Gitman, and Trio fritula.
At 22:00, the stage in Stomorica street will host a joint performance by Klapa Munita and Đani Maršan, blending traditional klapa singing with timeless Dalmatian songs. Attendees can also enjoy local culinary specialties provided by Varoš restaurateurs and nearby konobas.
