Zafarkandi calls for national unity and highlights Sistan and Baluchestan's strategic role

During a specialized meeting at Sistan and Baluchestan University, Mohammad Reza Zafarkandi emphasized that national cohesion and unity are essential for the country's progress and to counter enemy objectives.

Zafarkandi highlighted the redefined strategic role of the Sistan and Baluchestan province. He noted that due to crisis and war conditions, the region's importance has increased regarding border imports, maritime development, and the supply of essential goods.

Reflecting on recent conflict, Zafarkandi stated that despite a 12-day period resulting in 66,000 injuries, the healthcare system maintained stability. He noted that there were no shortages of essential supplies like serum or blood, and that maternal, child, and vaccination services continued without interruption.
