Zagreb County tourism board opens sixth Photo Zagreb County photography contest

The Tourist Board of Zagreb County announced the sixth edition of the “Photo Zagreb County” photography competition, inviting professional and amateur photographers to capture the region’s festivals, traditions, cultural heritage, nature, rural scenes and food‑and‑wine experiences.

Submissions are accepted until 6 September 2026. A jury will evaluate entries on originality, artistic value, storytelling and technical quality. Winners receive stays in tourist facilities, gastronomic experiences, wine tastings and will have their images displayed in a special exhibition and used in future promotional campaigns. The competition is overseen by director Ivana Alilović, who emphasized that the photos should “tell a story, evoke emotions and become ambassadors of Zagreb County.”
