Zagreb cultural scene expands with new theatre studio and GusGus return

Zagreb's cultural scene is seeing new developments in both performing arts education and electronic music. Dora Pletikosa, a graduate of London's Bird College with First Class Honours, is launching the Musical Theatre Studio Zagreb. The program, co-led by professor Marina Matolić, aims to provide integrated training in singing, dancing, and acting for young and adult performers.

In the music sector, the influential Icelandic electronic group GusGus is returning to Zagreb for the first time in nearly a decade. Scheduled to perform at Tvornica kulture on September 8, the band will showcase new material from an upcoming album. Their performance will be preceded by the Icelandic artist Allenheimer.
