Zagreb launches first Gault&Millau gastronomic guide
The Zagreb Tourist Board (TZGZ) has launched a new Gault&Millau gastronomic guide dedicated exclusively to Zagreb. Published in both Croatian and English, the guide features 108 locations, ranging from traditional inns and modern bistros to fine dining restaurants and street food vendors.
In addition to the guide, the Delicious Zagreb platform is introducing new content to promote the city's culinary identity. This includes new series such as ‘Mljac’ by chef Ana Ugarković and ‘Sjedi i jedi’ by Toni Janjiš, which focuses on integrating cooking into busy urban lifestyles. The platform also now features gastronomic routes for Zagreb and its surroundings, along with a ‘How to be Delicious’ section providing best practices for restaurateurs.
TZGZ aims to strengthen international visibility through partnerships with global entities including Gault&Millau, TasteAtlas, Falstaff, Michelin, and the Smithsonian Magazine.
