Zagreb luxury apartments in Franc and Dva goluba complexes listed at up to €10,000 per m²

New high‑end residential projects in Zagreb – the Franc complex on Trg dr. Franje Tuđmana and the Dva goluba complex near Maksimirska Road – have begun advertising unit prices. Construction started in 2022 and the two sites together will provide 127 apartments and 33 commercial spaces designed by Studio Njiric+ and funded by the Mado Group.

Advertised prices range from €5,500 to €9,000 per square metre depending on orientation and proximity to Ilica. A two‑room apartment of 59 m² net (79 m² gross) in Franc is listed for €790,000, equating to €10,000 per m². A three‑room, 78.19 m² unit in Dva goluba is offered at €578,680, about €7,400 per m². Units in the projects vary from 45 m² to 160 m².
