Zahara de la Sierra to host Sierra Sur Ecofestival in October 2026

The Sierra Sur Ecofestival is scheduled to take place on October 10 and 11, 2026, in Zahara de la Sierra, Cádiz. Held at the Arroyomolinos recreational area, known as La Playita, within the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park, the event combines live music with outdoor activities.

The musical lineup features twelve artists and groups, including Macaco, Seguridad Social, and Elefantes. Other performers include Pedro Pastor, Mario Díaz, Miguel Company, Sonido Vegetal, Awakate, Gato Ventura, Mesalla, Torre de Cera, and Chiveca. The programming spans various genres such as pop rock, urban rock, fusion, mestizaje, and electronic sounds.

To preserve the natural environment and maintain an intimate atmosphere, the festival operates with limited capacity, distinguishing itself from large-scale urban events. In addition to music, the weekend will offer water sports like kayaking and paddle surfing on the reservoir, as well as ziplining, children's animations, and percussion workshops. Local gastronomy will also be featured to support the regional economy.
