Zahid Group selects Snowflake for AI and data transformation

Zahid Group, a major diversified conglomerate in Saudi Arabia, has selected Snowflake to serve as the strategic foundation for its enterprise data and artificial intelligence transformation. The group's digital solutions division will utilize Snowflake’s Lakehouse platform to unify data across various business streams and departments, including energy, transport, and manufacturing.

The initiative aims to enhance data governance, accelerate AI adoption, and improve customer experience. By implementing Snowflake Cortex AI, employees will eventually be able to interact with data using natural language. This move aligns with Saudi Arabia’s broader technological goals and Vision 2030, as the country seeks to become a leading regional hub for AI and digital infrastructure.
