Zain KSA and Nokia partner to develop digital talent

Zain KSA and Nokia have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at LEAP 2026 to establish an integrated talent development program. The partnership aims to create a future-ready workforce capable of keeping pace with the rapid evolution of the telecommunications and digital technology sectors.

The collaboration will focus on enhancing technical, managerial, and leadership skills across various talent segments. By designing a comprehensive program, the two companies intend to build a pipeline of professionals equipped to handle evolving technologies and business models within the digital sector. This initiative is intended to support the long-term development of the digital economy in Saudi Arabia.
