Zaira Nara transforms neighboring property into multifunctional studio

Zaira Nara has completed a comprehensive renovation of a property purchased from a neighbor, transforming it into a multifunctional studio designed for professional use. The space serves various purposes, including a meeting room, a dressing room for audiovisual productions, and a content creation hub.

The architectural redesign emphasizes high ceilings, exposed wooden beams, and large floor-to-ceiling windows with black steel frames to maximize natural light and connect the interior with the exterior. The aesthetic combines minimalist elements and natural materials—such as concrete, wood, and natural fibers—with vibrant color accents in shades of pink, mustard, terracotta, and red.

Interior spaces include a living area featuring chrome-structured leather seating and curved mustard armchairs, a meeting room centered around a circular concrete table, and a kitchen area characterized by colorful details.
