Zakłady Mięsne Niebieszczańscy enters restructuring to avoid bankruptcy
Zakłady Mięsne Niebieszczańscy, a meat producer based in Lower Silesia that has operated since 1990, has entered restructuring proceedings to avoid bankruptcy. The company, which sells products through its own stores and dedicated counters in Netto supermarkets, is seeking to reach an agreement with its creditors.
Financial reports indicate a significant decline in performance. In 2025, the company's revenues fell to 87.64 million PLN, down from 97.87 million PLN the previous year and 118.74 million PLN in 2023. This represents a revenue decrease of approximately 26 percent over two years. The company has also recorded a net loss for the second consecutive year, with a net loss of 2.32 million PLN in 2025, following a 2.68 million PLN loss in 2024.
