Zakopane to host PKO Biegowe 360 stopni running conference

The fourth edition of the ‘PKO Biegowe 360 stopni’ conference is scheduled to take place from October 23 to 25 at the Centralny Ośrodek Sportu in Zakopane, with introductory meetings beginning on the evening of October 22.

The event aims to bridge the gap between professional athletes and amateur runners by providing expert knowledge from coaches, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and psychologists. Participants can expect sessions covering strength training, endurance, sports psychology, nutrition, recovery, and running technique.

Prominent Polish athletes, including Natalia Bukowiecka, Iga Baumgart-Witan, Justyna Święty-Ersetic, Małgorzata Hołub-Kowalik, Adam Kszczot, and Piotr Lisek, will participate. Bukowiecka will lead practical workshops focused on skips and hurdle exercises to help runners improve their technique and training quality.
