Zalando launches fashion platform in Bulgaria

The expansion provides local consumers access to over 200,000 products across categories such as sportswear, streetwear, accessories, and designer fashion, featuring international brands like Nike, Adidas, and New Balance.
The platform is fully localized in Bulgarian and includes features such as localized payment methods, including cash on delivery, and a 30-day free return policy. Standard delivery is free for orders exceeding 29.90 euros.
A key technological component of the launch is Zalando’s AI assistant, which supports the Bulgarian language.
